See the live status of your Brakespeed order, from our warehouse to your driveway. As soon as your package ships, we will email you a tracking link.
How to track your order
You can track your order using the shipping confirmation email we send when your package leaves our warehouse.

Check your email
Look for a "Your Brakespeed order has shipped" email. It will include your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier tracking page.

Open the tracking link
Click the tracking button or link in the email to see live updates from the shipping carrier (for example, UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Manage your order from your account
If you created an account at checkout, you can view your full order history and tracking links on your Brakespeed account.
Did not receive a shipping email?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days after placing your order:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you used the correct email at checkout.
- If you still cannot find it, email us at sales@brakespeed.com.
- If you prefer to call, you can reach us at +1 214 347 4422.
Tracking link not updating?
It can take a few hours for carriers to scan and update a new tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
Marked "Delivered" but cannot find your package?
First, check with neighbors and around your property (garage, porch, side door, building office, and similar places). If it still cannot be located after 24 hours:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If you need help starting a claim, email sales@brakespeed.com.
