Shipping Policy
1. Shipping coverage
Brakespeed currently ships within the United States. The tiered flat rate program applies to contiguous U.S. addresses (the lower 48 states) for standard ground or small parcel service.
- Orders ship from our partner warehouses using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the part and location.
- At this time we do not offer international shipping through the website. If you need a special arrangement, please contact us and we will review options.
2. Tiered flat rate ground shipping (contiguous U.S.)
For qualifying ground and small parcel shipments, your shipping cost is determined by your merchandise subtotal (products only, before tax and after discounts). The rates below are in U.S. dollars.

3. Alaska, Hawaii and non standard destinations
Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Additional charges may apply for shipments to these locations or to other non standard destinations (for example certain remote areas or U.S. territories).
If you are ordering to Alaska or Hawaii, or if the shipping options at checkout do not meet your needs, please contact us before completing your order. We can review carrier options and provide a custom quote.
4. Other shipping methods (UPS, USPS, FedEx, expedited)
If you require a different shipping method than our standard ground or small parcel option, such as expedited shipping or specific carrier requirements, we can often accommodate this on a case by case basis.
- Contact us with your required delivery date, shipping address and the items you wish to order.
- We will check available services with UPS, USPS and FedEx, provide you with the estimated rates, and help arrange shipping according to the method you choose.
- Expedited or special shipping services are billed at the quoted carrier rate and are not covered by our flat rate program.
5. Oversized items, freight and special handling
Some items may be oversized, heavy or require freight shipping instead of standard parcel service. In these cases:
- Flat rate shipping does not apply. Freight or special handling charges will be calculated separately.
- We will contact you if your order requires freight shipping or has additional handling charges before processing the order, so you can approve the updated shipping cost.
6. Order processing times
Most in stock orders are processed and passed to our shipping partners within 1 to 2 business days. Processing times can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or when items must transfer between warehouses.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with options such as waiting for restock, choosing an alternative product or issuing a refund.
7. Delivery times and tracking
Delivery time depends on your location and carrier. Typical ground transit times within the contiguous U.S. are approximately 1 to 5 business days after the order has shipped.
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided by email as soon as it is available.
- Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take some time to appear after the shipment leaves the warehouse.
8. Shipping issues (lost, damaged or missing items)
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help.
- For damage, wrong items or missing parts, please keep all packaging and take clear photos of the box, packing material and the items you received.
- Email us with your order number and photos so we can start a claim with the carrier and our warehouse partners.
- For shipments that show as delivered but you did not receive, first check with household members, neighbors and your local carrier office, then contact us if the package is still missing.
